Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 May 2026
By using PassMyExams (this website) you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short and written in plain English. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
PassMyExams is operated independently as a free educational resource by an individual based in the United Kingdom. We are not affiliated with any school, awarding body, or examination board, and we are not endorsed by any of them.
2. The content is for revision support only
The flashcards, quizzes, mind maps, mock exam questions, diagrams, and notes on this site are intended as a revision aid alongside your school’s teaching and your subject specification. We work hard to keep content accurate and aligned with published syllabuses, but we make no warranty as to accuracy or completeness. Always cross-check facts, formulas, and exam structure with your teacher and your specification. We are not liable for any exam outcome, marks, or grades received.
3. Permitted use
You may:
- Use the site for personal study.
- Share links to public pages with friends, classmates, parents, or teachers.
- Print pages for your own revision use.
You may not:
- Republish, sell, or sub-licence the content elsewhere.
- Use the content to train machine-learning models without our permission.
- Attempt to interfere with, attack, or overwhelm the site.
4. Intellectual property
Original text, layouts, code and diagrams on this site are © PassMyExams 2026. Educational concepts, scientific facts, mathematical formulas, and curriculum topics are not owned by us and are not in scope for any licence here.
5. Donations
Donations are completely optional. They are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout pages — see our Privacy & Cookies notice for details. Donations are not tax-deductible. Donations are not refundable except where required by law. You must be 18 or over to donate. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian.
6. External links
The site links out to a small number of third-party services (notably Stripe and, on the Maths and A-Level Physics sections, Google Fonts). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those external services.
7. No accounts, no payments stored
You do not need an account to use the site. We do not collect or store any payment data — that is handled entirely by Stripe.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost study time, exam results, or any consequential or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be heard exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
11. Contact
To get in touch about anything in these terms, please use the “Contact & Feedback” box at the bottom of the homepage.
